Good for him!
I'm strangely happy to read of so many rats being euthanised. I had my baby boy Boo Ratley euthanised a few years ago (an inoperable face tumour) and some people made me feel like I was mad to pay to have a RAT put down. What, I should have hit him with a brick, or left him outside for the dogs to get??? Rats are loved and loving pets, just like dogs or cats - we don't feel any less for them when they're sick and ailing. I'm glad to see other people feel the same as I do.
